As the Senior Associate – Retail Training & Development (RT&D) you will be responsible supporting all service, selling and product knowledge training strategies, delivering solutions to improve employees’ skillset to positively impact customer experience, with the overall outcome of driving commercial outcomes across all Coach stores in the ANZ region.
SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in retail/ outlet or hospitality training and development.
- Ability to develop and implement creative approaches to training programs that drive tangible results.
- Ability to implement strategies, measure impact, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities:
- Leverage globally available Coach Journey and RT+D content and adapting where required to suit local requirements.
- Supporting the retail leadership team with training in KPIs and strategic business planning and analysis.
- Support the retail managers with the successful onboarding and initial training of new starters.
- Support retail managers in training strategies and implementation plans to drive customer experience excellence at all retail levels.
- Gather, analyse, and draw insights from feedback on training initiatives, and identify ongoing opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of how to drive a differentiated customer experience by understanding competitors’ best practices, luxury service environment and customer needs, inside and beyond retail.
- Supporting clientelling initiatives and implementation across the retail field team.
