We’re seeking a future team member for the role of QA Analyst to join our Service Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary or Pittsburgh – Hybrid .

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Utilization of software testing tools (both manual and automated) and processes to develop repeatable test procedures, execute tests, record results and working with the software engineers to identify and resolve defects.
Creation of Test scripts.
Analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing
Working as a technical professional on an Agile development team to deliver high quality working software on a timely basis.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in IT; at least 1 year IT Service Management role required; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
1-2 years’ experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications as well as ServiceNow QA experience.

ITIL Foundation Certification
Optional ServiceNow ATF Micro-Certified, Optional ServiceNow APM Micro-Certified, Optional ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Optional ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Experience with collaborative environments, including Microsoft TEAMS and JIRA
