Overview:
As a Senior Associate/Manager in the Group CEO Office, you will be a key player in driving G42’s strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our portfolio of companies, providing strategic guidance and execution support on international expansion, market entry strategies, partnerships, and investments. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and execute G42’s strategic vision.
  • Portfolio Collaboration: Work with portfolio companies (Khazna, Core42, Inception, CPX, M42, Presight, Bayanat, Astra, and others) to address strategic challenges and drive growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to support G42’s international expansion.
  • Partnerships and Investments: Frame, define, and execute strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization, driving initiatives from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to operational and business modelling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize complex messages in concise presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interest in tech.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
