We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Fund Oversight in Trustee & Depositary. The function is a specialist provider of fiduciary services to mutual and alternative fund structures. The core responsibility of the depositary is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and to monitor the activities in the funds.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Play a key role in our operational tasks including automating them (NAV oversight, cash flow monitoring, trade price monitoring, record keeping, ownership verification etc.)
Contribute to investigating any errors or potential issues/breaches in the fund to a satisfactory conclusion.
Collaborate with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the investment funds as required.
Participate or lead on projects within the business as required.
Ensure appropriate systems, processes, controls, and knowledge is fully embedded in the business function to comply with all DK regulations.
Drive forward operational efficiencies and streamline administrative processes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

You have an eye for details and a methodical and structured approach to tasks, ideally with an agile mindset.
High motivation to optimize our internal processes.
Hold a higher academic degree within Finance or similar.
Fluency in English, and Danish/Swedish or Norwegian..
Experience within Middle Office, Back Office, Compliance, Fund Management, Audit or Financial Reporting etc. Your background can vary and isn’t the most important factor. What truly matters is your ability to challenge the status quo and be a team player who values close collaboration and knowledge sharing to help us achieve our common goals.
