Responsibilities:

At a minimum, the engineer will accomplish the following tasks as part of their responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of all AV spaces and hardware across the Client’s London location.
  • Be fully competent with the use of end user AV equipment.
  • Setup and teardown of all scheduled onsite meetings, supervise meetings as required.
  • Daily system checks to ensure equipment and room functionality.
  • Ensures all AV/VC spaces are presentable for use.
  • Liaise with client teams to agree daily talks and activities.
  • Responsible for identifying defective / failed equipment and owns issues until resolved.
  • Works in cooperation with client and AVI SPL support teams to provide remediation primaryinterface to manufacturers; developers; engineers and project managers in support of identifyingand implementing resolutions for system issues.
  • Delivers a “white glove” level of customer support to all clients.
  • Performs other AV related tasks as directed by customer
  • Manage onsite support deliverables.
  • Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Visits for consistent identification and repair of defectiveequipment.
  • Maintain total confidentiality relating to information received for presentations and broadcastsetc.
  • Manage and maintain consumables & stock holding inventory of on-site spares.
