KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification as an Accountant with a proven track record in General Practice.
Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.
Proficiency in navigating professional regulations and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities:
Managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and submissions.
Leading audit assignments for a diverse client base, reviewing and finalising audit work papers and financial statements.
Preparation and submission of year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements with precision and efficiency.
Reconciling client accounting records via Excel or accounting software.
Overseeing client payroll on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Preparation and submission of monthly CIS returns.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Utilising your expertise in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
