ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct line management of the Quality Assurance Manager, Training Officer & Deployment Manager.
- Oversee the management and delivery of the compliance framework.
- Present analysis of data to identify patterns and trends of behaviour, occurrence and identify areas of risk in line with contractual requirements.
- Oversee the quality assurance on all aspects of the self-audit and compliance process.
- Ensure that all submissions are made to relevant stakeholders and contain accurate information
- Support staff in their understanding of the contract and the execution of their duties in compliance with the requirements of that contract, including delivery of ITC and refresher training,
- Short and long term planning and oversight of ITC delivery and liaison with external training providers.
- Provide oversight of and chair probation review meetings for members of the ITC.
- Monitor the required performance returns to ensure accuracy on a monthly basis and ensure required information is submitted to the nominated Senior Managers within the required time constraints.
- Provide analysis of management information to identify patterns and trends and thereby support a culture of continual improvement.
- Deliver data and reports for trading reviews and effective practice meetings to maximise continuous improvement.
- Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders including the Youth Custody Service and senior G4S management.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting in relation to Deployment & Training, including KPIs and minimum staffing levels.
- Weekly completion and analysis and forecasting of the workforce pipeline in collaboration with the HR team.
- Assist in the promotion of creating a positive Health & Safety culture across the site leading by example, this includes reporting accidents and near misses in a timely manner & follow the applicable safe systems of work for the role.
