RESPONSABILITIES:

• Develop thorough knowledge of clients’ operations and build consultative client relationships.

• Manage multiple client engagements, overseeing project completion with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering team development and ensuring outstanding deliverables.
• Conduct advanced audit procedures, including internal control testing, cost analysis, and financial statement reviews.
• Document findings clearly, communicating project status and addressing any challenges effectively.
• Support engagement planning, audit program development, budgeting, and client invoicing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Auditing or related field.

• ACCA/CPA certification (or in progress).
• 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four or second-tier firm.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian GAAP, IFRS, and sophisticated audit methodologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members in achieving shared goals.
