The Palo Alto Networks IT Automation team is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our RPA team. You will be part of a world-class IT organization that works on various ground-breaking technologies and supports the entire enterprise. We want passionate technical leaders who love to innovate and build high quality products. YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience working with enterprise and consumer IT applications or equivalent military experience required
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation with tools like UiPath, including multiple full-scale RPA implementations involving design, development of various automation components, and features
• Proven experience in establishing design and development frameworks, standards, and best practices for Robotic Process Automation
• Solid understanding of Software engineering and DevOps best practices
• Proficient in provisioning and monitoring UiPath robots, deploying and triggering UiPath processes, managing UiPath assets and queues, publishing workflows, and handling job queues, pending jobs, and managing job cancellations/terminations
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell, to automate tasks and enhance operational efficiency
• Experience with SAP ERP and familiarity with GCP architecture/fundamentals is preferred
• Experience with AI-driven automation technologies and a strong curiosity to explore new advancements in the field
• Proficiency in consuming and utilizing APIs and web services
• Preferred certification in one or more RPA and other emerging automation technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to both business and IT stakeholders
