YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an individual with an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset and solid technical experience in the automation industry. Since you will work and collaborate with individuals across various departments, both locally and internationally, we expect you to be outgoing and ready to take the lead on implementation opportunities. You should have knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and industrial plants, electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
Responsibilities:
As an Automation IT/OT Engineer, you will join a strong operations team within the pharma and life science division. Your role involves developing, designing, and implementing high-tech automation solutions and integrating new production technologies at manufacturing sites worldwide.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in advanced IT/OT projects aimed at developing new production lines.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
- Act as a leader to support and drive the adoption and implementation of IT/OT standards across the manufacturing enterprise.
- Develop, plan, and execute technical solutions, including scope of work estimates, participate in proposal reviews, and provide timely status updates.
- Engage in technical discussions with process experts and suppliers.
- Contribute to documentation, such as IFA, URS, and IT risk assessments.
- Ensure the integration of new production technologies and communicate their value to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively and deliver sustainable solutions in collaboration with plant technical peers.
