DESCRIPTION:

Our AV experts work closely with clients from developing creative concepts through to event delivery and post-event debrief meetings, ensuring that no matter the size or level of complexity, we deliver an exceptional event experience every time. The AV team has delivered some of the largest and most technically complex corporate events held in Australia and continually works on new ways to bring client concepts to life.

Ability to set up and operate all facets of AV disciplines, such as audio, vision, or lighting, competently.
Planning, bumping in, operating, and bumping out events.
Leading a team of technicians, providing advice, and directing work as required.
Managing client expectations regarding the AV aspects of their event.
Developing strong working relationships with team members, suppliers, and clients.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AV Department.
Assisting in maximising the utilisation of the venue’s AV inventory.
Staying up-to-date with market trends, activities, and new audio-visual products.
