We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients utilizing Amazon Web Services. This role involves understanding client requirements, promoting AWS solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management.
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic delivery of technology projects, products and services by building a high performing team through the encouragement of continuous learning, passion for results and excellent communication.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in industry related enterprise account management
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to engage and clearly communicate with customersExperience in a similar role within the technology or cloud services industry

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to effectively position AWS services Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their future needs and align AWS services accordingly.
  • Provide clients with insights into AWS services and solutions that address their business requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations to optimize their use of AWS resources.
  • Shape and integrate with sales processes from presales, scoping, SOW (Statement of Work) creation, presenting and closing
  • Work closely with AWS technical teams to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients, helping them make informed decisions
  • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and AWS.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes with AWS services
  • This is a hands-on role expecting to lead the team by example and actively contributing to on-going developments
