• Assist CluedIn customers by collaborating with their Azure administrators to install and configure the CluedIn Managed Application from Azure Marketplace, including managing permissions, roles, and networking requirements.
• Coordinate with CluedIn’s Implementation and Customer Success teams to address infrastructure needs and manage tasks for projects and customer interactions.
• Handle customer deployments, incident response, and root cause analysis while proactively monitoring services and automating tasks.
• Manage and customise infrastructure setups based on customer requirements, including Zero Trust configurations and CluedIn integration.
• Proactively monitor the health of customers’ CluedIn infrastructure, performing necessary maintenance to ensure availability.
• Perform upgrades and apply security patches on customers’ CluedIn platforms.
• Develop scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines for complex Azure-based applications.
• Verify and configure monitoring, backup, and restore functions in the Managed Application.
• Conduct restores and Disaster Recovery tests with customers as scheduled.
• Design and implement monitoring and performance management for Azure infrastructure to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and SLA compliance.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guides, with input from team members.
