    Clarity around our published salary range:
    At Oomph, our engineering career track is based on 5 levels. We’re currently seeking folks who can demonstrate at a minimum, the senior-level knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for success in this role., Expectations for our senior engineers ($90-100k range) and lead engineers (starting at $105) are higher and are aligned with higher ranges. We are open to hiring a senior or lead engineer — starting level and salary are based on assessing skills and experience during our interview process.

  • 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale Drupal solutions
  • Have a solid understanding of Drupal 10+ architecture and APIs
  • Proven experience developing custom modules
  • Comfortable integrating Drupal with 3rd party APIs
  • Experience leading and/or executing site migrations to Drupal
  • Experience with Git version control workflows, pull requests, and peer reviews for code quality
  • Experience with local development environments such as Lando/DDEV
  • Effective and clear communication skills; ability to give and receive feedback
  • Problem-solving capabilities and uses creativity, flexibility, curiosity, and resourcefulness to arrive at solutions
