HappySignals is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with clients like Campari, PepsiCo, and Fujitsu across 14+ countries, dedicated to empowering enterprises through impactful IT solutions.

Data is at the heart of everything we do, and in this role, you’ll be at the center of it all. At one end you will be working with the integrations team to ensure smooth and reliable data collection. On the other you will work with the front-end team and use the broad landscape of off the shelf ML/AI products and to bring insights from the data to the customer. Throughout, your expertise in the data model and its capabilities will be essential in helping product design to make the right decisions when designing new features.

In this role you’ll dive into

• Developing our evolving data model, ensuring it supports efficient real-time collection, querying and processing.
• Shaping and designing our infrastructure- and application architecture in close cooperation with other engineers.
• Assessing and adapting off-the-shelf AI and ML components to fulfil product requirements.
• Developing, maintaining, and documenting our endpoints for data ingestion and insight extraction used internally and by customers.
• Supporting product design with expertise especially when developing data-related features.
• Maintaining Security Development Lifecycle & Data Security standards in your work and the team as a whole.
• Ensuring code quality and maintainability, according to best practices and participating in the development of the same.
• Actively participating in technology decisions affecting the platform.
• Supporting other developers with guidance and design for their own endpoints and data.
• Taking part in our on-call rotation with responsibility for our Azure based infrastructure and platform availability.
