Our Developers bring passion, craftsmanship and innovation to the development and delivery of Intelex’s software products, with the objective of delighting our customers and empowering them with industry-leading capabilities and UX. They collaborate with their peers within an agile (Scrum / Kanban) practice. Our team is moving toward a continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) model and DevOps as a culture. We work with a range of web applications technologies, including JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS / Webpack) as well as Microsoft technologies (C#, Azure, .NET, SQL).

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good understanding of domain driven design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Experience developing large scale web applications and a thorough understanding of common architecture choices for them.
• Expertise developing web applications with C# & .NET, understanding of async/await.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Excellent understanding of relational database design including table design, transactions, stored procedures, and constraints.
• Self-guided learning of new tools, technologies, and stacks.
• Experience with optimization of SQL Server queries, stored procedures and triggers, on large amounts of data, and for high database load.

• Design and development of new features and software solutions supporting customer requirements, business management requirements and new service introductions.
• Work in an agile team environment that practices continuous improvement when planning, estimating, and building software.
• Deliver sprint commitments by working proactively with stakeholders to identify and navigate obstacles.
• Code and design review team’s work
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including Architects, QA, Product Management, and others to delight our clients.
• Mentor their team members on new technologies, architecture, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement/continuous deployment (Hosting and DevOps) across teams
• Fosters a security first mindset across those teams, leading by example.
