QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experienced Developer: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Python, working on large-scale projects that challenge your problem-solving skills.
  • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with NoSQL databases and the ability to design data models that perform well.
  • Effective Communicator: Comfortable presenting ideas and technical details clearly to internal teams.
  • People Management Skills (Plus): Experience in mentoring or leading small teams is a bonus, as the role offers opportunities to grow into a Backend Lead position.
