Description:
YOUR MISSION
At reev, our goal is to bring eMobility to everyone. We’re doing this through sustainable, innovative technology, ensuring driver satisfaction, providing reliable service, and expanding in Europe. With 5,000+ B2B clients, we achieved 337.4M electric driven kms and 40.5M kg saved CO2 in 2023. In 2024, we’re set to grow further. Join us to make an impact and leave a lasting mark in our dynamic team.
We are looking for you as our Senior Backend Engineer (all genders). You will contribute to stability and scalability of our software and write quality and maintainable code. This means in detail:
- You will be able to put your collective experience in stack software development into practice. You will write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
- You will practice your professional creativity in our cloud-based backend solution developed by Springboot (Kotlin, PostgresQL, Redis, CI/CD) by improving the CI/CD Pipline and AWS infrastructure.
- You’ll support and drive our agile development process using continuous end-to-end integration and delivery so everyone can capture their codes into production quickly.
- You’ll guide junior talents, share your expertise with colleagues, and participate in our cross-team community.
- You’ll provide feedback to the product and/or design team on the feasibility of proposed changes and offer reasonable alternatives when necessary. In this way, you ensure the scalability, fault tolerance, and efficiency of our product.
- Your architectural understanding will help us to work lean and establish design patterns in our applications without having to involve special architects.
- You will be responsible for writing and maintaining meaningful unit and integration tests.
ABOUT US
We believe in mobility without emissions, working in harmony with both people and the environment. For this reason, we are creating technology to enable everyone to set up and operate their own charging infrastructure on a decentralised basis. With our bespoke charging platform, we make a significant contribution to building a global charging network.
Our team is based on an open, diverse culture in which everyone is responsible for their own work. With us, you will have the space to realise your own ideas and to grow as an individual. The desire to change something drives every one of us. Become a part of our team and be inspired by our vision.
We believe that diversity of all kinds enriches our teams and a diverse work environment fosters innovation. Our focus is on your ideas and how your uniqueness will help shape our vision. We therefore welcome every single application - regardless of gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, religion, political opinion, economic or social status, language, marital status, appearance, a disability or (chronic) illness, etc. And since we are not free of biases ourselves, we encourage you to send your application without a photo or date of birth.
