We are on the lookout for a talented Senior PHP Engineer.
Is this you?
As a Senior PHP Engineer in Professional Services team at Monta, you will join a growing team within Partner Services, planned to expand to 7-10 members in Professional Services and 4-5 members in the Partner API team by the end of this year. Reporting to our Engineering Manager, Simon Kaae, and our Product Director for Partner Services, Simon Ejsing, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that thrives on innovation and delivering best-in-class services to our partners.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW?

We’ve just closed a massive 80M EUR Series B round, propelling us toward revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Our growth has soared, with nearly a million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 EV drivers joining us daily. We’ll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Excellent communication, feedback, and collaboration abilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with PHP / Laravel.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• A proactive approach to engaging with partners and potential customers to understand and fulfill their integration needs.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring/Springboot, with a preference for Kotlin and Micronaut (or Ktor) expertise.
• A strong background in building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Open API 3.x.
• Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
