Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment
- In-depth knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, varieties, flavor profiles, with ability to deliver top tier experience
- Experience leading a team, managing development, and overseeing daily operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Available to work weekend

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Barista at our Milan gallery café, you’ll oversee the café team’s operations and manage inventory and purchasing to ensure smooth service. You will collaborate closely with the Gallery Director (Store Manager) to integrate the café experience seamlessly with the gallery’s artistic ambiance and events
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE – BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the café staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to keep the café running efficiently.
- Operational Support: Assist with setting up and closing the café, and ensure daily tasks are completed to maintain quality service.
- Collaboration with Gallery Director: Coordinate with the Gallery Director to align café operations with gallery events and enhance the visitor experience.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, addressing any customer concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
