JOB SUMMARY:

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers. They play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and high-quality beverages.

Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (preferred

• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standardized recipes and customer specifications.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of beverages served.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Monitor stock and inform management of any shortages or needs for reorder.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all products.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance:
• Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Perform routine maintenance on coffee machines and grinders.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From £13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
