Senior BI Analyst

The ability of the Trust to analyse and manage its clinical and business operations is fundamental to the Trusts success as a Foundation Trust. Reporting to BI Reporting Leads, you will be expected to interpret Professional, NHS and Trust policies and regulations in order to lead and advise the Operational and Clinical areas on all information management issues, formulating information strategies to support achievement of delivery targets. Promote the ownership and achievement of activity, data and performance targets within the Trust whilst providing expert advice and strategic leadership on complex information issues The Post-Holder will lead the local implementation of the Trusts BI Strategy, that a comprehensive, effective, efficient and customer-focused information service is delivered to the Trust as a whole, and that appropriate skills are available across the Trust to make maximum use of the Trusts information resource. You will work closely with the wider team of analysts to develop skills and ensure reporting, in particular, has continuity of service at all times
