Job Description
The Senior Bid Manager will work independently to drive and manage the bidding process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of proposals in the Middle Eastern and European markets. These include liaisons with sub-consultants and project team leaders to compile multi-disciplinary proposals. Supporting other regions is required as well when needed.
The Senior Bid Manager will be the primary contact point for internal and external parties regarding bids from the Middle East and Europe region. The role must also support the bid team by providing up-to-date bid materials, administrative support, and managing the bid portal and opportunity databases to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated or relevant years of industry experience;
  • Experience in the architectural or real estate-related industry is highly desirable;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, fluent written and spoken Simplified Chinese is highly desirable;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and Adobe Creative Suite software, in particular, InDesign;
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience;
  • Knowledge of bidding processes, procurement regulations, and contract management principles;
  • Previous experience managing projects and initiatives;
  • Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
  • Experience working in / or with overseas companies is advantageous;
  • Previous working experience and knowledge of the architectural industry is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the progress to completion of the bid submission;
  • Prepare tender submissions, including pre-qualifications, expressions of interest and requests for proposals;
  • Making sure bid deadlines, requirements and prerequisites are met;
  • Maintain the integrity of bid submission files and directories on the server;
  • Update bid materials;
  • Work with the Business Development Principal and Project Team to obtain the information required to compile the bid;
  • Ensure all bids produced follow the company brand, policy, standard templates, and standard texts.
