Senior BIM Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified Senior BIM Manager to join our dedicated team in driving innovative solutions for social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. As a key leader in our organization, you will oversee the strategic implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices, ensuring that our projects align with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence through the effective utilization of BIM technologies. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff and promoting continuous improvement within the BIM process across all projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Expert proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is preferred but not required

• Lead the development and execution of BIM strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Manage BIM workflows and coordination among different disciplines
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality 3D BIM models
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance BIM capabilities within the team
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify and resolve BIM-related challenges
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative practices into the BIM process
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications
