Ken Herbert & Co Ltd are certified public accountants and tax consultants based in Kildare with over 30 years experience providing personal accounting services. We are looking for an ambitious bookkeeper looking for a new role in a local firm, where you can grow, be challenged and progress to a higher level. Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily bookkeeping and building strong relationships with a large variety of clients
- Completion of accurate and timely management information
- Assisting in the production of monthly accounts and reports
- Reconciliation balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Preparation and posting journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc.
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments
- Accounts payable with expenses and credit cards
- Accounts receivable and credit control
About you:
- 3+ years general bookkeeping experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
