Description:

Join DP World as a Senior BPI Engineer and lead our Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive cost-saving strategies, ensure timely project delivery, and exceed customer and stakeholder expectations across the Europe region. By adhering to our established BPI governance processes, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be deeply involved in every phase of the improvement process, providing hands-on expertise and support to ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will collaborate closely with the Regional BPI Manager(s) to deliver measurable results and contribute to the ongoing success of our BPI efforts.

YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and executing logistics solutions.
  • Proven experience in successful delivery of cross-functional projects with a track record of delivering savings, preferably within a logistics/warehousing/manufacturing facility environment.
  • Have a proven ability to work in a cross functional environment and in both hierarchical and matrix style organizations to engage personnel from differing business units and backgrounds to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Able to take initiative and work with little to no supervision while operating in a highly fluid and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis tools.Experience in automation systems is preferred.

  • Definite asset
    Experience in one or more of the contract logistics verticals (Tech / Industrial, Auto, Chemical, Healthcare etc.).
    MTM certification.
    Lean Six Sigma or other lean certification.
    Hands on experience with supply chain applications such as WMS, TMS, OMS, and SCM.
    Experience working with a Plant/Site/Business Unit team.
