Our Brand Merchandising Department in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a
Senior Brand Analyst (f/m/d) (100%) - maternity cover for 15 months

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, finance or in a field with quantitative focus
  • You have gained minimum of 3 years’ experience in Brand or Business Analysis
  • You possess a solid Project Management experience
  • You possess strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills
  • You can work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are proficient in in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SAP BW
  • You have excellent command of English language, both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely, consistent and reliable management reporting to senior management and functional department heads
  • Preparing brand analysis reports and economic information to senior management to foster decision making and to drive actions
  • Data collection and monthly reporting (S&OP reporting) of quantities, net sales, preliminary COGS and margin
  • Supporting Brand Merchandising on cost, price and margin calculation by key country and channel on segment/style level
  • Own pre budget process for both brands: prepare recommendation/ set timeline/ align Merchandising team & buying and merch team
  • Support Head of brand with all projects and streams about processes/ways of working/ inventory management/buying
  • Manage one brand analyst
