Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns with marketing manager that align with the company’s goals and target audience to funnel through to the design team.
  • Collaborate with marketing manager to develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts. Create high quality designs. Collaborate with design team members to develop innovative and effective design solutions. Review and approve design concepts before they are presented to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creative direction based on marketing objectives of multimedia content, such as videos and interactive presentations, to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the web design team to optimize user engagement and create a seamless user experience in marketing materials.
  • Present creative concepts based on marketing strategies to internal stakeholders and, in some cases, external clients or partners.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the creative design team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Define and communicate the overall creative vision for projects.Provide guidance on design principles, style, and aesthetics.Ensure that the creative work aligns with the brand guidelines and business/marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure high quality and adherence to standards.Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and deliver better results.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and provide training or mentorship to address them
