WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Relevant university degree in Marketing, Communications Management or other related field of study.
  • 6+ years’ proven experience in brand management in consumer (tech) businesses, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies that drove growth.
  • Hands on experience in devising, negotiating then executing impactful brand partnerships or sponsorship campaigns at scale.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and motivate people at all levels within international environments and across a broad variety of functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Senior Brand and Partnerships Manager (HelloFresh brand), will play a dual role in shaping and executing the overall brand strategy for HelloFresh as well as our overall approach to brand partnerships across our International markets (16). This individual will assist in developing an international brand marketing plan, including centrally-led brand partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
Reporting to the Associate Director Brand Management (HelloFresh), the Senior Brand and Partnerships Manager will support development of the central strategy and build strong working relationships with local Brand Leads to drive growth and strengthen the brand in their respective markets. The senior manager will also work closely with the campaigns team, creative team, media, global customer insights, product marketing, retail media, growth partnerships and other operational marketing teams to develop and execute plans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand equity, end-to-end brand partnership management and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints to drive meaningful growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategic Brand Development:


    • Support the AD Brand Management to refine the overall brand strategy for the HelloFresh brand, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals.

    • Work with customer insights team to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, utilizing findings to inform brand strategy and plans.
    • Work with stakeholders and local teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns and communication.
    • Brand Planning and Execution:


      • Support in the development of annual and long-term brand plans, outlining Jobs to Be Done, strategic initiatives and campaigns to achieve brand objectives.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure brand strategies are integrated and executed effectively.
      • Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships


        • Support development of a long term partnership strategy to drive salience, reach and deliver tangible impacts on both brand and commercial metrics across international markets.

        • Lead the brand partnership roadmap and be the point person for negotiating centrally developed partnership campaigns in conjunction with key stakeholders (product development, product marketing teams, internal creative team) and supporting rollout of these integrations with local brand teams.
        • Support the continuous improvement of partnership activities across Marketing teams (Growth Partnerships, Retail Media, ATL Media, Product Marketing) including locally-led initiatives, consolidating and disseminating best practices including playbook development.
        • Performance Monitoring:


          • Achieve and report progress toward annual targets for both brand and partnership key performance indicators (KPIs), working with Marketing stakeholders and local Brand Leads to close gaps.

          • Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous brand growth.
