  • 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in aspects of content, PR, editorial, sponsorships, or campaigns.
  • Preferred experience in an event/experiential agency setting.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to comfortably articulate oneself to decision makers at a variety of levels, particularly senior level management.
  • Strong project management and prioritization understanding, as well as attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player who is energized and inspired by team environments and understands the importance of relationship building (internal and external) and meeting goals for overall success of the department and company. Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to manage projects and expectations of internal and external clients and team members.
  • Must be analytical and can provide insights and recommendations and key takeaways to executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Travel up to 6 times per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Audience & Customer Journey
  • Be intimately familiar with the audience’s characteristics, their passion triggers, and what actions we want them to take.
  • Persona development & UI/UX types of customer experiences.
  • Responsible for developing the subscription assets that can grow and be segmented as we expand our reach.
  • Responsible for all paid and earned efforts to engage and draw audiences into owned & marketing-oriented experiences, to include PR, editorial, sponsorships, and other.
  • Responsible for all aspects of award submissions.
  • Uncover additional opportunities for greater reach & buzz with all marketing supported sales alignment & client word, working with distribution to incorporate into strategy.
  • Liaison between content marketing & other departments to ensure internal understanding and knowledge share through the marketing & sales teams.
  • Responsible for internal brand governance and asset management.
