As the Senior Brand Manager for Pinnacle Spirits, RTD & Partnership Brands using strategic insights and working in collaboration with business priorities you will develop, plan, and execute brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns, create bespoke content and manage New Product Development launches.
Working collaboratively and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager - Beverages, you will be joining a friendly entrepreneurial group who encourage fresh ideas and out of the box thinking.

Responsibilities:

HERE IS A TASTER OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Lead and develop a team of two direct reports.
  • Channel & content planning for each brand within your portfolio.
  • Use data driven insights to form strategic decisions and campaign development
  • Drive the setup and inputs into monthly category gate papers for Spirits & RTD.
  • Lead the development of new product concepts aligned to market opportunities and customer needs and drive product development from conceptualisation to launch
  • Work collaboratively with internal Business Teams to deliver input and sign-off on new product launches
  • Become an expert on the market, consumers, customers & competitors.
  • Build great relationships with external agency partners, internal stakeholders in marketing and commercial functions, and global brand teams.
  • Financial management including management of budgets, accounts, quotations and reconciliations.
