REQUIREMENTS

  • Marketing experience with a track record of driving impact.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns with tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience in large integrated campaigns leadership experience with an understanding of communications and media planning.
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies.
  • Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge for customers, with experience utilising research and data to inform marketing strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Experience influencing effectively cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
  • Strong organisational ability and project management.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Motorway is looking for an experienced brand marketer who is passionate about building brands and experienced in developing and executing insight-driven brand and consumer marketing plans.
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for the development and execution of large-scale integrated campaigns and brand moments to grow Motorway’s brand awareness and customer base. We are looking for a marketer with a strong analytical mindset who is skilled at distilling key insights from brand, product and consumer data and transforming these into actionable strategies and campaigns that resonate with our consumers and deliver business impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in: strategic consumer marketing, developing cross-functional partnerships and running multi-channel campaigns and programmes.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support the development of consumer campaigns across brand marketing, product marketing, media, partnerships, and creative.
  • Define the development of brand campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our brand campaign and tentpole moments - that meet our short and long-term business goals.
  • Help identify and shape key consumer opportunities that fuel our Growth Funnel.
  • Manage and brief agency partners and enable them to execute their very best work.
  • Media planning and buying for all campaigns, demonstrating efficiency and linking to business objectives.
  • Inform our overall brand strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape.
  • Develop measurable KPIs and track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimise campaigns and find new opportunity areas.
  • Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to management, cross-functional partners and the broader organisation.
  • Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Cross-functional teams include: Product Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Creative (In-house), Media and Advertising Agencies and Growth Marketing.
  • Develop and share channel marketing best practices and bring continuous innovation to direct-to-consumer channel strategies and brand touchpoints.
