Ensuring that the selected item fits your space and meets quality standards is yet another challenge. According to a recent survey, 40% of US consumers follow creators, influencers, and experts to discover products that enhance their lives.
For creators, turning a passion into a sustainable business can be a daunting task. Flagship simplifies this process, enabling creators to launch and grow their own online businesses where they can feature and sell their favorite products. Together with our community, we are crafting new, curated, and intimate shopping experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a relationship-building, data-driven expert who’s motivated to help small businesses succeed? We’re looking for a leader to join our small, nimble team and build a portfolio of successful brand partners that will power the next wave of growth for Flagship. You’ve done something like this before at another company or startup, and you’re eager to build from the ground up—not just to define the strategy but to roll up your sleeves and get the work done. What you create here will define our growth trajectory and help small independent businesses thrive, making a meaningful difference in their ability to grow and support their families and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Be Our Brand Expert: You’re the go-to person for anything and everything about brands on Flagship. Your experience working with brands and your deep understanding of how they succeed on our platform will make you indispensable.
  • Onboard and Support Brands: Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one. Continuously provide support and gather feedback to improve our product, systems, and process, so that Brands can thrive on Flagship. When one of our brands has an issue, you’re on it.
  • Get Creative & Build Successful Partnerships: Successful brands grow through partnerships with successful creators. You’ll come up with & test different ideas for how we can empower brands on the platform. You’ll actively reach out and build strong relationships with both brands and creators on the platform, driving new opportunities and accelerating growth. You’ll be the voice of Flagship to our brands and you’ll always be looking for the next brand you can get to thrive.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You’ll measure and report on success metrics to track the performance of brands and their associated creators. Your decisions will be driven by data—so proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a must. If you’re comfortable with SQL, that’s a big plus.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work closely with other members of the Flagship team. We’re a small team, so effective collaboration is key to moving quickly and efficiently.
