What You’ll Do:

• Lead in the successful implementation and delivery of professional building consultancy advice to a range of clients in relation to technical due diligence instructions and other general building surveying advice.
• Work closely with other CBRE colleagues and departments to grow relationships and business opportunities.
• Provide and guide teams to deliver client advice, with the correct mix of experience and skills.
• Defect analysis and providing commercial advice to clients.
• Review the department’s business plan and drive the team to achieve its objectives.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• To positively contribute to the team and department business plan and to assist in achieving its objectives.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
• Comply with CBRE’s polices and management systems.
