Description:
IHRE AUFGABE:
- Planning of energy and building technology systems in the ELT trade based on work phases 1 to 7 of the HOAI
- Independent processing of technical concepts, technical planning and tendering of systems and installations in the specialized trade
- Participation in the planning team in the realisation of planning projects in energy and building technology
- Communication and coordination with specialist engineers and technical system planners to jointly develop a technical solution
- Independent and active tracking of deadlines and costs for the respective specialized planning
- Coordination with clients, building owners, architects, specialist planners, representatives of authorities, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, ordinances, standards and regulations in planning
- Management of small to medium-sized projects in the department
- The range of requirements applies to project developments and new construction projects as well as conversion and refurbishment projects in existing properties
