REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, or a similar field
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Ability to independently lead complex data projects and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the department
• Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and conceptually
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
• A basic understanding or deep interest in the B2B SaaS market and its products
• Basic knowledge of Tableau
• Basic knowledge of SQL would be an asset
• Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an asset

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Retention Team, where you will drive key initiatives to reduce churn, enhance customer loyalty, and contribute to strategic decision-making through in-depth market analysis and data-driven insights.

• Provide active support to the Global Retention Team by assisting in their strategic and operational activities
• Play a key role in driving and further developing customer retention related activities and initiatives to help reduce churn and increase revenue
• Perform market analysis and monitor industry trends
• Consolidate information and perform analyses to help steer relevant stakeholders
