DESCRIPTION OF DIVISION AND BUSINESS UNIT
The North Technology team is a technology function that is aligned to service the North business and sits in the overall Technology division. This team provides full lifecycle management of the North platform, which is one of the leading Wrap platforms in the Wealth market. The capability within the team is diverse, with specialised skillset and deep knowledge within the Wealth Industry.
JOB SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Scope definition and management

- Business and or system process analysis and mapping (As-Is, To-Be)
- Ability to identify Risk and or Issues and contribute to mitigation planning

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Business Analysis & Portfolio Planning Manager as well as the broader Platform Technology Team to plan, estimate and deliver change.
- Understand and identify business problems or opportunities through fostering good working relationships with our main Platform business stakeholders.
- Translate business problems/opportunities into quality High Level Requirements (HLR’s) which can be clearly understood and consumed by Business stakeholders and Technology teams.
- Produce Detailed business/functional requirements outlining how requirements are met from a systems solution perspective.
- Work with peers and support them at all stages of the SDLC to deliver high quality, fit for purpose technology solutions, ensuring Production and Business teams are fully geared to support the new product/functionality.
- Proactively support the ongoing evolution of the North BA services and knowledge bank.
