Aqurus Solutions is an agile and growth-oriented company that is passionately committed to delivering successful customer results through Cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to serve as the critical liaison between our business teams and technical teams. In this role, you will bring 8-10 years of business experience in Distribution, Manufacturing or Supply Chain management; a strong knowledge of accounting and finance practices and proven ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.
This is a business-focused position, requiring a deep understanding of both the business landscape and technical requirements to drive effective solutions that improve business operations and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will be comfortable engaging with business leaders, department heads, and end-users to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and end users to identify areas for improvement and prioritize initiatives that will deliver the greatest return on investment.
- Facilitate discussions to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business, aligning with overall strategic goals.
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
- Evaluate potential solutions from a business perspective, assessing feasibility, impact, and return on investment.
- Continuously analyze and assess business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring clear communication of requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Lead and contribute to implementation projects by overseeing planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met while effectively coordinating teams and managing resources.
- Capable of contributing to the configuration of modules and features as required to meet evolving project needs.
- Develop and deliver training as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree (Bachelor of Commerce), diploma, certificate or an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience
- 8 - 10 years of business experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution and supply chain sectors is a requirement
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting practices
- Exceptional customer management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify problems or areas of opportunity, document and present solutions to customers
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Strong computer skills, in particular the Google Suite of Applications
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Contribute to the development and delivery of user training programs
- Must reside in either British Columbia or Alberta

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
