REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis within the tech, digital, or AdTech sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems.
• Experience in creating detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in sprint planning.
• Proven experience working with marketing technology, advertising platforms, or mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and process modeling tools.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with user experience goals.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct gap analyses, and map out business processes for improvement.
• Develop and prioritize product backlogs and ensure clarity in acceptance criteria.
• Support quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and performance data.
