Senior Business Analyst
Salary Circa £65,000
Do you have a passion for transformation? Do you like to challenge the status quo, think differently and look at ways technology can solve business problems?
Are you dynamic, resilient and want to be involved in delivering change that drives Aviva strategy? If you do, you could be part of our transformation. We love to constantly innovate and improve the products, services and experience for our customers.
Our one team approach means you will have great opportunities for career development across the Insurance, Wealth and Retirement Businesses. You don’t need to be from an insurance background, we want to bring the best in class regardless of your specific industry experience. We are particularly interested to hear from people with technology simplification, data migration and business transformation experience in large, complex organisations.
If you are motivated by making a difference, enjoy a variety of assignments, are keen to develop and have strong relationship building skills, this could be the role for you!
A bit about the job:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are clearly articulated for delivery teams. To do this, you’ll be working with design, development and test colleagues to ensure that quality business solutions that address the requirements of the business are delivered. We’ll look to you to participate, lead and contribute to relevant business/scrum/project meetings. You’ll also be leading other business analysts to help us develop the change strategy by supporting projects through the development/testing lifecycle including implementation.
Delivering sustainably for our customers is critical so considering their needs and being prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests is vital. You’ll need to understand other change initiatives, recognise dependencies, and determine if business benefits can be better realised through alignment across businesses.
