Description:

NSB Omega is searching for a Senior BA - QA Lead for our Client for a Short Term project, with possibility of going longer.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

Working under the direction of the OCIO Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Senior BA – QA Lead will include, but not be limited to the following.

  • Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
  • Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, identifying defects and providing actionable feedback to development teams.
  • Ensure the QA team follows best practices and maintains proper documentation.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA and testing tools.
  • Other duties
  • Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success.
  • Assisting the OCIO Project Manager as required.
  • Preparing or assisting with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the OCIO Project Manager.
  • Working closely with the vendor project team as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Level 2: 7+ years of relevant experience in this role.
