Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to analyse their business requirements and design innovative technology solutions to meet their needs. You will serve as a liaison between the client and technical
teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and analyse their business needs, goals, objectives, and success factors, and translate them into comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis, including requirements gathering, workflow modelling, artefact analysis, and gap analysis, to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Develop detailed and unambiguous business and functional requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, models, and diagrams, to clearly articulate client requirements to technical teams.
  • Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders, including business representatives, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to elicit and gather requirements, define project scope, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with technical teams, such as architects, software developers, and QA/testers, to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and adherence to project constraints

TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS, THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOW COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years experience in end-to-end IT project delivery.
  • Ability to understand and communicate business value in the customer context. Reasonable business acumen.
  • Proven track record of running requirements workshops, eliciting and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modelling notations, such as BPMN or UML
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and documenting business requirements, user stories and diagrams/models relating to complex application development, configuration and integration projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft business applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint)
