We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.

AS THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Analyse business requirements, identifying recommendations and engaging with stakeholders to prioritise actions needed
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
• Manage the investigative work to enable feasibility assessments
• Actively engage in and facilitate open communication with stakeholders, disseminating technical information as required
• Manage the execution of business process improvements, providing advice and guidance to support the changes
• Work with sponsors, users and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans.
• Present detailed findings to senior stakeholders, confidently justifying recommendations and managing their expectations
