ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify and analyze business needs, recommend system solutions, and oversee the implementation process. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our business systems are aligned with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• To Comprehend the Business requirements and create necessary documentation for Business team approval and Cross blocks
• To Understand scope of work, configuration changes and provide estimates.
• To Create User stories and Business Use cases for the Requirements.
• To Provide support for Development team and Testing phases

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience working as Business analyst.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Canadian Personal Banking & Personal Savings and Investments.
• Working experience in RESP Product, process, policies and understanding of adherence to Govt regulations.
• Experience in Scrum/SAFE/Scaled - Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence tools.
• Strong Communication skills
