LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

• A degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, IT or an equivalent qualification)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with experience in integration projects.
• A good understanding of organisation/processes/flow management
• Understanding of agile processes and tools, particularly Scrum

In this role, you will get to:

• Working closely with clients to define their business needs and ensure all requirements are clearly identified and communicated to the technical team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business process improvements.
• Analysing our clients’ business processes and functional needs.
• Writing requirement specifications and functional specifications.
• Facilitating scoping workshops with clients.
• Ensuring adherence to standards to minimize custom development.
• Assisting the business owner in defining project objectives.
• Participating in the selection of appropriate solutions.
• Participating in the definition of the testing plan.
• Facilitating a team of users.
• Participating in the analysis of impacts on the organization and work processes.
• Supporting change management.
• Defining user training actions.
