Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Process Analyst with over 7 years of proven expertise in analysis and design in creating or enhancing products and solutions with a high user touch. This position provides a massive growth opportunity by playing a key role in enabling new products, automation, and services to end clients, and delivering on a critical component of CGI’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply critical thinking and advanced business analysis techniques to assess and document business processes, user experience journeys, workflows, and systems
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, focusing on understanding, refining, and prioritizing business requirements and outcomes
  • Provide business insights for strategic executive business reviews and prepare business performance presentations for various executive & stakeholder interlocks
  • Analyze product performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps; identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Create detailed and clear documentation of business requirements, epics, user stories, and use cases, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals
  • Perform a variety of monthly and ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity to inform product strategy in partnership with product managers and partners
  • Lead the strategic in-product communication plan that resonates with the intended user base and maximizes the product’s adoption and success rate
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements.
  • Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders, and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Drive interactive business intelligence and reports that encourage business literacy, curiosity, and meaningful optimizations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • 7+ years of experience working as a Business or Process Analyst
  • Possess strong skills in understanding, manipulating, and analyzing data/processes, and facilitating data-driven decision
  • Experience in data/process visualization and storytelling
  • Obsession with tracking product performance and adoption, and having the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t
  • Experience working in agile/iterative delivery teams and expert knowledge/experience in writing detailed user stories
  • ServiceNow (ITSM) working knowledge is preferred
  • Experience in AI, ML and Predictive modeling products is preferred
