As a core member of our Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality work fl ow solu ti ons that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon.

The Senior Business Analyst will play an integral role in designing and delivering work fl ow solu ti ons within the Citco Group. They will work with mul ti ple and diverse stakeholder-groups from across Business Units to op ti mize and digi ti ze opera ti onal processes in order to deliver posi ti on bo tt om-line results for Citco

  • You will own the execution & timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
  • Maintain project reporting & project plans used by diverse audiences
  • Liaise with key business resources to ensure that their needs are translated into our finished product
  • Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation.
  • Be a key member in designing end to end workflow solutions for multiple functions in our organization, clearly articulating Problem Statements; As-is & To-be states; User Stories; Proto-types & Success Criteria
  • Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
  • Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, RAIDs, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change
  • Participates in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings.
  • Provide support to the Business Users on the platform’s functionalities and Features
  • Work with stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams / business units
  • Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting

About You:

  • Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • You have 2+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements
  • Able to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Confident in actively participating requirements gathering sessions
  • Experience using Confluence & JIRA to manage projects
  • Experience creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation and wireframes (proto-types) in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements

Assets:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Business Analysis certified
  • Practical application with Business Process Management / Workflow applications
  • Knowledge of Data Bricks
