Senior Business Analyst

Join us as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for helping the business implement technology solutions and ensuring the needs of our customers and colleagues by supporting and determining the requirements of a project or programme, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. You will play a key role in supporting the communications between internal technology teams and the business, acting as a translator where necessary to incorporate how information technology can support the needs of the business teams.To be successful in the role of a Senior Business Analyst you should have:

• An understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, documentation, function design and process flows.
• Articulate your ideas, playing back the business needs in a language that can be easily understood while being able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience of managing stakeholders at all levels, while also being able to provide leadership to your business teams.

SOME OTHER HIGHLY VALUED SKILLS INCLUDE

• Experience working on payment-based programmes.
• Ability to analyse large volumes of data and articulate findings to support stakeholders in making decisions.
• Experience of how to own and manage business requirements from inception to approval.
  You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job specific technical skills.

  Contract length: 12 months
  Pay: £550.00-£600.00 per day
