JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst/Consultant to play a pivotal role in deploying AI-powered solutions within our conformance testing frameworks. This role involves comprehensive requirement gathering, robust stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that digital health solutions meet rigorous national standards for interoperability, privacy, and security.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a consulting role, preferably within the healthcare sector or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of health IT standards (such as FHIR, HL7) and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrable experience with testing automation and QA methodologies, particularly in a regulated environment.
- Experience with AI technologies and their applications in health IT.
- PMP, CBAP, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to healthcare.
- Advanced knowledge of software testing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and document requirements for AI-driven health IT conformance tools.
- Analyze and interpret complex regulations and standards to guide the development of software solutions.
- Facilitate communication between developers, vendors, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic insights to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of technology solutions.
- Spearheaded the implementation and refinement of testing automation practices to enhance software conformance and quality assurance processes.
