We are seeking a senior level Business Analyst to join our team in New York, NY for a 12-month contract in a hybrid environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong business and analytical skills with experience in the investment/securities industry.
• In-depth knowledge of complex fixed income instruments and analytics.
• Familiarity with middle office and operations procedures/processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Middle Office and Operations teams to understand and document existing trading system workflows and processes.
• Analyze and document requirements for alternative trading processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work with technology teams to implement alternative trading processes and ensure system changes meet business needs.
• Develop and document test procedures and artifacts to support system changes and enhancements.
• Assist in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users to validate system changes.
• Evaluate the business implications of technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the current business environment.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trading workflows and support business objectives.
